Fuel Reduction
S3 is working to become a Fuel Reduction and Vegetation Management expert by partnering with the industries top experts. We will provide Fuel Reduction services to help mitigate wildfire hazards, catastrophic fire and the threat to the public.

Vegetation Management
Electric Reliability Standard FAC-003-4 requires that trees and other vegetation growing in or adjacent to the power line right-of-way be trimmed to prevent power outages caused by tree contact with a transmission line. Any power line contact with a tree can cause a short circuit which may lead to a blackout or threaten public safety.

Erosion Control
After the fires are extinguished, the hazards of wildfire do not go away. S3 provides Erosion Control services to help control erosion and landslide risks that can turn into mudslides after heavy rains.
